Our great defining virtue is being able to anticipate our guests' needs during their stay at the hotel. However, there may be occasions where you need that little bit extra, and we will be delighted to see to your requests.

Below is our Room Service menu:


Starters

Caesar Salad

Niçoise Salad
Tuna belly, black olives, boiled eggs, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, spring onion, mesclun

King prawn consommé with citronella

Terrine of duck foie gras micuit and toast

Dublin Bay prawn and chicken and coriander mini nems

Sandwiches

Ciabatta bread rubbed with tomato and acorn-fed Ibérico ham

Ham and cheddar cheese toastie

Mozzarella, tomato and basil panino

Palace Club Sandwich

All sandwiches are served with chips and mesclun salad.


Delicatessen

Smoked Norwegian salmon loin, blinis and seasonings

Acorn-fed Ibérico ham, served with pan de cristal rubbed with tomato.

Aquitaine "Sturia" Caviar, 30g, served with potato waffles, crème fraîche and chives

Anchovies and pan de cristal rubbed with tomato (6 u.)


Pasta and Rice

Linguine with tomato, lobster and Thai basil sauce

Risotto of wild mushrooms and Comté cheese


Meat and Fish

Roast beef fillet with caramelised shallots

"AE" style beef tartare served with potato straws

Classic "AE" beef burger

Cheddar, onion, tomato, gherkins.

Black cod served in a curry broth

Organic salmon, asparagus and Arbequina olive oil
